Basketball Game Preview: Asher Indians vs. Roff Tigers

Asher hasn't had much luck against Roff recently, but that could start to change on Friday. The Indians will square off against the Tigers at 8:00 p.m. Asher is coming into the matchup hot, having won their last three games.

On Tuesday, Asher had just enough and edged out Stonewall 51-48.

Meanwhile, Roff came up short against Varnum on Tuesday, falling 62-40. The Tigers haven't had much luck with the Whippets recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

Asher's victory bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Roff, they now have a losing record of 1-2.

Asher took their win against Roff in their previous matchup back in December of 2024 by a conclusive 48-27 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Indians since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
