Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Broughton). They never let the Athens Drive Jaguars get on the board and left with a 7-0 victory on Tuesday. Gunnar Walden was a massive factor in the win as he booted in three goals all by himself.

Broughton pushed their record up to 15-2-4 with the win, which was their fifth straight at home. The home victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 22 goals over those five matchups. As for Athens Drive, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost eight of their last ten contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-15-1 record this season.
