Volleyball Game Preview: Clewiston Tigers vs. Immokalee Indians + How To Watch

Clewiston is 1-6 against Immokalee since September of 2016 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Thursday. The Tigers will face off against the Indians at 7:00 p.m. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this match.

Clewiston came up short against Gateway Charter on Wednesday, falling 3-0.

While Clewiston had to settle for second, they sure made a game of it, scoring at least 18 points in every set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19, 25-20, 25-18.

Meanwhile, Immokalee came up short against Golden Gate last Tuesday and fell 3-1.

Immokalee started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last three. The final score came out to 22-25, 25-10, 25-13, 25-14.

Clewiston's loss dropped their record down to 6-10. As for Immokalee, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-14.

Clewiston skirted past Immokalee 3-2 in their previous meeting back in August. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Tigers since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
