Mobridge-Pollock is a perfect 3-0 against Lead-Deadwood since September of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. The Tigers will face off against the Golddiggers at 6:00 p.m. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Mobridge-Pollock has five straight victories, Lead-Deadwood has eight straight losses), but none of that matters once you're on the field.

On Friday, Mobridge-Pollock was fully in charge, breezing past Belle Fourche 40-6. Fans of the Tigers have seen this all before: every one of the games they've played this season has ended in a blowout of 20+ points.

Meanwhile, Lead-Deadwood was just a hair shy of victory on Friday and fell 19-18 to Custer.

Mobridge-Pollock's win bumped their record up to 5-0. As for Lead-Deadwood, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-5.

Everything came up roses for Mobridge-Pollock against Lead-Deadwood when the teams last played back in August of 2024, as the team secured a 32-0 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Tigers since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
