Flag Football Game Preview: Valley Christian Trojans vs. Heritage Academy Heroes + Official Tickets

The Valley Christian Trojans will square off against the Heritage Academy Heroes at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as Valley Christian comes in on four and Heritage Academy on 14.

Valley Christian is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Saturday. Their defense stepped up to hand St. John Paul II Catholic a 9-0 shutout. The Trojans' defense has been rock solid lately; the team hasn't given up a point in their last four games.

Valley Christian didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off six passes before the game was over. Rylan Ernst and Alana Cross were the leaders of the group effort as each produced two apiece.

Meanwhile, Heritage Academy put their dominant defense on display in the team's tenth consecutive shutout on Saturday. They claimed a resounding 27-0 victory over Page. The Heroes might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 12 matchups by 23 points or more this season.

Valley Christian's record now sits at 12-2. As for Heritage Academy, their record is now 14-0.

Valley Christian came up short against Heritage Academy in their previous meeting back in September of 2024, falling 6-0. Can the Trojans avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
