Soccer Game Preview: McKinley Tech vs. School Without Walls

McKinley Tech hasn't had much luck against School Without Walls recently, but that could start to change on Monday. The Trainers will welcome the Penguins at 4:00 p.m. Neither squad made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

McKinley Tech is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of District of Columbia's top teams: Jackson-Reed, who was ranked fourth at the time (McKinley Tech was ranked 12th). The Trainers came up short against the Tigers back in September, falling 11-1.

Meanwhile, for the first time this season, School Without Walls was forced to settle for a draw. Neither they nor National Cathedral could gain the upper hand on Tuesday so the two teams had to settle for a 0-0 draw.

School Without Walls' draw makes their record 5-4-1 this season. As for McKinley Tech, their loss dropped their record down to 3-2-1.
