On Tuesday, Owyhee faced Borah in a battle between two of the state's top teams. The Owyhee Storm enjoyed a cozy 46-29 win over the Borah Lions. Winning may never get old, but the Storm sure are getting used to it with their tenth in a row.

Owyhee got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Riley Beck out in front who went 6 for 7 en route to 13 points and three blocks. Maiya Hardy was another key player, putting up nine points.

Owyhee was working as a unit and finished the game with 13 assists. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Borah only racked up seven assists.

Despite the defeat, Borah saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Kya Davis posted ten points and seven boards. The team also got some help courtesy of Brinley Chase, who had three points.

Owyhee's win was their tenth straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 19-1. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 57.5 points per game. As for Borah, their loss ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 15-4.

Owyhee will challenge Rocky Mountain at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Owyhee is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 56 points per game this season. As for Borah, they will head out to take on Mountain View at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday.
