Basketball Recap: Cristo Rey's Luck Changes for the Better on Thursday

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Patriot Prep Academy, Cristo Rey was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They skirted past the Columbus Torah Academy Lions 38-36. The win was some much needed relief for the Cougar as it spelled an end to their four-game losing streak.

Cristo Rey's victory bumped their record up to 5-11. As for Columbus Torah Academy, they now have a losing record at 2-3.

Cristo Rey is taking a road trip to challenge Patriot Prep Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday. Columbus Torah Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
