Volleyball Recap: Homer Has No Trouble Against Wausa

Homer's game on Monday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Tuesday. Everything went their way against the Wausa Vikings as they made off with a 3-0 win. The Knights have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Vikings, too.

Chayce Abts paced Homer's offense, picking up 14 kills. Abts got some help from Madi Roeber and her 30 assists. Annah Harris controlled things from the service line, finishing with four aces.

Homer's record is now 16-9. As for Wausa, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 11-17.

Homer didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Winnebago on the 23rd. Wausa has also already played their next match (against Winside), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
