After flying high against Burlington-Edison last Friday, Sehome came back down to earth. The Mariners fell 38-33 to the Lynden Lions on Thursday. The loss continues a trend for the Mariners in their meetings with the Lions: they've now lost eight in a row.

Defeat or not, Sehome got some senior leadership from Nolan Wright and Alex Miller. Wright threw for 300 yards and four TDs, while Miller picked up 109 receiving yards and a pair of touchdowns. With that strong performance, Miller is now averaging an impressive 102.5 receiving yards per game.
