Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Kings Mountain). They were the clear victors by a 9-0 margin over the North Gaston Wildcats on Friday. Naomi H was a massive factor in the win as she booted in four goals all by herself.

The win made it two in a row for Kings Mountain and bumps their season record up to 6-8-3. That said, the team wasn't facing the toughest opposition over that stretch, as it included 0-16 North Gaston and 2-10-2 Huss. As for North Gaston, they are on a 16-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-16.
