Volleyball Recap: Riverton Parke's Win on Thursday Extends Winning Streak to Five

With a playoff win on the line, Riverton Parke rose to the challenge on Thursday. They put the hurt on the Attica Red Ramblers with a sharp 3-0 win. Winning may never get old, but the Panthers sure are getting used to it with their fifth in a row.

Riverton Parke got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Milynn Organn out in front who had six digs and five aces. Leah Malone also deserves some recognition as she had her first kills of the season.

They weren't the only good servers: Riverton Parke was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 15 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least six aces in four consecutive contests.

Riverton Parke's win bumped their record up to 25-5. As for Attica, they are on a 25-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-23.

Coming up, Riverton Parke will take on Covington at 12:30 p.m. on Saturday. Attica does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
