Volleyball Recap: Crystal River Takes a Loss

Crystal River was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They fell 2-0 to The Rock Lions.

The final score came out to 25-9, 25-11.

Sage Einsphar paced Crystal River's offense, picking up five kills. Einsphar got some help from Addy Stack and her seven assists.

Crystal River's defeat dropped their record down to 1-3. As for The Rock, they pushed their record up to 5-2 with the win, which was their 11th straight at home dating back to last season.

Crystal River has already played their next contest, a 2-1 loss against Mount Dora on the 5th. As for The Rock, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 2-0 victory against Weeki Wachee on the 5th.
