Softball Recap: Hardin Northern Comes Up Short

Hardin Northern suffered their biggest defeat since March 29th on Friday. They came up short against the North Baltimore Tigers, falling 10-4. The loss continues a trend for the Polar Bears in their meetings with the Tigers: they've now lost seven in a row.

Addy Bacon made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and went 3-for-4 with two RBI, one run, and one double.

Hardin Northern's defeat dropped their record down to 15-6. As for North Baltimore, the win snapped their losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 13-7 record.

Coming up, Hardin Northern is taking a road trip to square off against Elgin at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. The Polar Bears are facing the Comets at the right time seeing as the Comets are stuck on a three-game losing streak. North Baltimore does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
