Basketball Recap: Leake Central Takes a Loss

Leake Central saw some tournament action on Saturday. They were just a bucket shy of victory and fell 56-55 to the Tuscaloosa County Wildcats.

Leake Central's loss dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Tuscaloosa County, their win was their fourth straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 3-2.

Looking ahead, Leake Central will challenge Madison-Ridgeland Academy at 7:45 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Tuscaloosa County, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, an 86-21 victory against Jackson-Olin on the 17th.
