Volleyball Recap: Rich's Run of Four Straight Victories Now Over

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Rich can now relate to. They fell 3-1 to the Panguitch Bobcats on Saturday. The Rebels' defeat signaled the end of their four-game winning streak.

When it comes to explaining why Rich lost, don't look at Paige Smith. Despite the final result, she had 29 digs and five aces. Smith has been hot for a while, having posted ten or more digs the last nine times she's played.

Brooklyn Harland was a one-woman wrecking crew For Panguitch. as she had 36 digs and two aces. That's the most digs Harland has posted since back in August.

Rich's loss dropped their record down to 18-12. As for Panguitch, the win (which was their seventh in a row) raised their record to 24-4.

As of now, neither Rich nor the Bobcats have any future games scheduled.
