Volleyball Recap: Kathleen Find Success

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Haines City, Kathleen was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. Everything went their way against the Roosevelt Academy Eagles as they made off with a 3-0 win.

Kathleen's got stronger as the match went on, holding Roosevelt Academy to fewer and fewer points set over set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-20, 25-13, 25-11.

Kathleen's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-6. As for Roosevelt Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-6.

Coming up, Kathleen will be playing at home against McLaughlin at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Roosevelt Academy, they will be taking part in a tournament against Frostproof at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
