Mission Bay strolled into their game on Monday with a perfect record and they left with the same. They came out on top against the Otay Ranch Mustangs by a score of 7-4.

Vince Kasunich and Owen Oswald did most of the damage at the plate: Kasunich got on base in three of his four plate appearances with one triple and one RBI, while Oswald scored two runs while going 1-for-3. That RBI marked the first that Kasunich brought in this season. Taylon Erikson was another key player, scoring a run while going 1-for-3.

Mission Bay pushed their record up to 9-0 with the victory, which was their fourth straight on the road. As for Otay Ranch, with the loss, they broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 5-3.
