Lincolnton was the 3-2 winner over Highland Tech when they last played one another back in September, but their luck changed this time around. Wolves fell just short of the Rams by a score of 3-2 on Monday.

Justin Blanco wasn't going to let Highland Tech walk away unscathed as he scored both of Lincolnton's goals, bringing his season total up to 14 goals.

Lincolnton's defeat dropped their record down to 12-7-3. As for Highland Tech, the win was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 17-4.

Looking ahead, Lincolnton will challenge West Lincoln at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Highland Tech, they will face off against Piedmont Community Charter at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
