Newaygo won the last time they faced White Cloud and things went their way on Wednesday too. The Lions came out on top against the Indians by a score of 2-0. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Lions.

While Newaygo won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the second set they played. The final score came out to 25-18, 25-22.

Ruby Hughes paced Newaygo's offense, picking up nine kills. Hughes got some help from Grace Hughes and her ten assists.

Newaygo's win bumped their record up to 28-13. As for White Cloud, they dropped their record down to 15-20 with the loss, which was their fourth straight on the road.

As of now, neither Newaygo nor the Indians have any future games scheduled.
