Red Bud kicked off their season on the road on Monday and hit a couple of potholes. They came up short against the Benton Rangers, falling 52-28.

Red Bud's defeat shouldn't obscure the performances of Kendra Ehret, who posted five points and seven rebounds, and Lilly Minemann, who earned eight points.
