Baseball Recap: Oklahoma Bible Takes a Loss

Oklahoma Bible was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They took a 14-11 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Pond Creek-Hunter Panthers. The Trojans were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Panthers earlier this season, when they won 10-4.

Jacoby Justus made the most of his time in the batter's box despite the final result and went 3-for-4 with three RBI, two runs, and one triple. That triple was his first of the season. The team also got some help courtesy of Koy Schneider, who went 2-for-5 with two runs, one double, and one RBI.

Oklahoma Bible's defeat dropped their record down to 11-11. As for Pond Creek-Hunter, they now have a winning record of 11-10.

Coming up, Oklahoma Bible will host Waukomis at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Pond Creek-Hunter, they will head out on the road to take on Kremlin-Hillsdale at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
