Deerfield-Windsor strolled into their game on Friday with a perfect record and they left with the same. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Maclay Marauders 42-14. The result was nothing new for the Knights, who have now won eight matchups by 20 points or more so far this season.

Deerfield-Windsor's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Lane Sceals, who threw for 261 yards and three touchdowns, and also punched in one TD on the ground. 82 of Sceals' passing yards were hauled in by Brantley Michlig.

Maclay's defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Beau Beshears, who rushed for 33 yards and one score, and also threw for 190 yards on 18 of 29 attempts.

Deerfield-Windsor's victory bumped their record up to 10-0. As for Maclay, their loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 7-2.

Deerfield-Windsor does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Maclay, they will venture away from home to challenge Walton at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
