Basketball Game Preview: Presque Isle Wildcats vs. Orono Riots

Presque Isle hasn't had much luck against Orono recently, but that could start to change on Saturday. The Presque Isle Wildcats will host the Orono Riots at 4:30 p.m. Both come into the contest bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Presque Isle will head into Saturday's match on the come-up: they were handed a 37-point defeat in their previous outing, but that didn't affect their clutch gene on Saturday. They had just enough and edged Hermon out 39-36.

Meanwhile, Orono won against Mount Desert Island on Friday with 61 points and they decided to stick to that point total again on Saturday. Orono secured a 61-55 W over Mount Desert Island. That's two games straight that the Riots have won by exactly six points.

Orono's win bumped their record up to 8-5. As for Presque Isle, their victory ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 8-4.
