Volleyball Recap: Salem Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Salem was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 15th straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to the Kellam Knights. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Knights this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in September.

While Salem was kept off the board, it wasn't for a lack of trying: they cut into Kellam's winning margin in every set. The match finished with set scores of 25-14, 25-17, 26-24.

Salem's loss dropped their record down to 2-19. As for Kellam, they are on a roll lately: they've won 16 of their last 17 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 21-2 record this season.

Salem didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-0 defeat against First Colonial on the 3rd. As for Kellam, they have also already played their next contest, a 3-0 win against Princess Anne on the 5th.
