Boerne Area Christian HomeSchoolers was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They were three points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 29-26 heartbreaker at the hands of the Winston Eagles. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Red Hawks this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 51-29 two weeks ago.

Boerne Area Christian HomeSchoolers' defeat dropped their record down to 2-5. As for Winston, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 11-5.

Boerne Area Christian HomeSchoolers does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Winston, they are on the road again on Thursday to play Town East Christian at 9:00 a.m.
