Basketball Recap: Harvest Temple Christian Academy Skates Past Put-In-Bay with Ease

A well-balanced attack led Harvest Temple Christian Academy over Put-in-Bay in every quarter on their way to victory on Saturday. Given that consistent dominance, it should come as no surprise that Harvest Temple Christian Academy blew Put-in-Bay out of the water with a 53-11 final score. The contest was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 26-5.

Harvest Temple Christian Academy's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Megan Ash led the charge by shooting 46% from the field en route to 15 points in addition to five assists and four steals. Another player making a difference was Kaylan Pethtel, who went 8-for-15 to rack up 18 points and three steals.

They weren't the only ones working in the assist department: Harvest Temple Christian Academy was working as a unit and finished the game with 17 assists. That's the most assists they've posted since the start of last season.
