Football Game Recap: Oklahoma Christian vs. Oklahoma Centennial

Oklahoma Christian have had to suffer through a 3-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They steamrollered Oklahoma Centennial 42-6. That result was just more of the same for Oklahoma Christian, who also won the last time these teams played.

Oklahoma Christian started the game off right with 36 first-half points. Oklahoma Centennial put up 6, so the score was 36-6 at the half. The Oklahoma Christian defense stood its ground in the third quarter, giving up 0 and all but finishing the matchup. The victory bumped Oklahoma Christian's record up to 1-3. The defeat dropped Oklahoma Centennial's record to 1-3.

Next week Oklahoma Christian take on Newkirk . The team will be hoping to continue their now three-game streak of scoring more points each contest than the last. As for Oklahoma Centennial, they will face off against Luther. Luther also experienced difficulties finding the end zone in their previous match, so look for the defenses to decide this one.
