Lowellville has gone a perfect 3-0 against Mathews recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Saturday. The Lowellville Rockets will venture away from home to challenge the Mathews Mustangs at 7:00 p.m.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Mathews, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Wednesday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against Columbiana on Friday, sneaking past 70-68. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Mustangs have posted since January 16, 2024.

Lowellville dropped their record down to 6-15 with the defeat, which was their sixth straight on the road. That patch can't be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 54.2 points over those games. As for Mathews, their victory bumped their record up to 17-5.
