Volleyball Game Preview: Seymour Wildcats vs. Shelton Gaels + How To Watch

The Seymour Wildcats will head out on the road to challenge the Shelton Gaels at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Seymour is coming into the contest hot, having won their last three games.

On Friday, Seymour earned a 3-1 victory over Derby.

The final score came out to 25-14, 25-10, 21-25, 25-19.

Meanwhile, Shelton suffered their biggest defeat since October 21, 2024 on Friday. They came up short against Sacred Heart Academy, falling 3-0. Considering the last time the Gaels couldn't score was back in September, the team can't take the result too hard.

Seymour's win bumped their record up to 13-6. As for Shelton, their loss dropped their record down to 10-9.

Seymour couldn't quite get it done against Shelton in their previous matchup back in September as they fell 3-1. Can the Wildcats avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
