Volleyball Recap: 15 Straight Home Wins for Loveland + How To Watch

Loveland proved they can win big last Thursday (they won by three) and on Tuesday they proved they can win the close ones too. They had just enough and edged out the Rocky Mountain Lobos 3-2. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Red Wolves have posted since September 6th.

Loveland took Rocky Mountain into a fifth set where they got it done with a four-point win. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-21, 25-22, 21-25, 25-27, 15-11.

Ava Schuchard paced Loveland's offense, picking up 17 kills. Schuchard got some help from Maycee Williams and her 39 assists. Schuchard was also solid from the service line: she led the team with three aces.

Loveland's win was their 15th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 18-4. As for Rocky Mountain, with the defeat, they broke their five-match winning streak and moved their record to 11-12.

Loveland has already played their next matchup, a 3-0 loss against Fossil Ridge on the 30th. Rocky Mountain does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
