There's no place like home for San Dimas, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Thursday. They came out on top against the Maranatha Minutemen by a score of 60-52 on Friday. The Saints' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Nevaeh Verdines produced another solid performance going 8-for-13 on her way to 21 points along with six steals and five assists. The team also got some help courtesy of Robene Mercado, who shot 44% from the field to rack up 17 points and five rebounds.

They weren't the only ones working in the assist department: San Dimas was working as a unit and finished the game with 18 assists. That's the most assists they've managed all season.

The victory got San Dimas back to even at 2-2. As for Maranatha, their loss dropped their record down to 1-2.

San Dimas wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 55-28 defeat against Summit on the 22nd. As for Maranatha, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 49-46 win against Millikan on the 21st.
