North Lamar had already won six in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 15.7 points) and they went ahead and made it seven on Tuesday. They strolled past the Bonham Warriors with points to spare, taking the game 61-43. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 64-50 two weeks ago.

When it comes to explaining why Bonham lost, don't look at Dj Stewart. Despite the final result, he went 6 of 12 on his way to 14 points and six rebounds. The dominant performance also gave Stewart a new career-high in blocks (two). Another player making a difference was Jk Wilson, who posted ten points.

North Lamar's win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 21-8. As for Bonham, they have also been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 15-13 record this season.

Coincidentally, both will both be playing Pleasant Grove the next time they take the court. Bonham will host Pleasant Grove at 6:45 p.m. on Friday, while North Lamar will head out to face them at 7:00 p.m. on February 4th.
