With a playoff win on the line, Mansfield Summit rose to the challenge on Thursday. They took down the Argyle Eagles 37-18. The 37-point effort marked the Jaguars' lowest-scoring match of the season, but in the end it didn't matter.

The win (which was Mansfield Summit's third in a row) raised their record to 29-7. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 64.7 points over those games. As for Argyle, their loss dropped their record down to 18-17.

Coming up, Mansfield Summit will challenge Canutillo on Monday. Argyle does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
