Volleyball Recap: Cheshire Wins Going Away Against Killingly + How To Watch

Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Cheshire walked away with it. They blew past the Killingly Trailbazers 3-0 on Monday. The Rams not only won on Monday, but they posted their biggest win since October 6th (when they won 3-0).

Maeve Zbikowski paced Cheshire's offense, picking up 12 kills. Zbikowski got some help from Lauren Kilpatrick and her 27 assists. Sarah Mollin controlled things from the service line, finishing with six aces.

Cheshire's win bumped their record up to 13-10. As for Killingly, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-5 record this season.

Cheshire will take on Rockville at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Killingly does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
