Football Game Recap: Lexington vs. Knob Noster

Lexington were successful in their last outing against Knob Noster, and they didn't afford Knob Noster any payback this time around. Lexington enjoyed a cozy 52-36 win over Knob Noster.

Lexington's offense rushed out of the gates and came up with 22 first-half points. Knob Noster matched them to leave it all tied up at 22-22. The offense for Lexington put that tie to bed by coming up with 30 points in the second half to win the game. The victory bumped their record up to 5-1. The loss dropped Knob Noster's record to 5-1.

Lexington will be staying on the road next week, facing off against Carrollton. Those two teams seek to continue their momentum from their previous wins. As for Knob Noster, they will face off against Lafayette County.
