Pickerington North had already won eight in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 29.4 points) and they went ahead and made it nine on Friday. They took their contest with ease, bagging a 35-0 victory over the Lincoln Lions. Considering the Panthers have won six games by more than 23 points this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Jarin Mock looked great while leading his team to the win, rushing for 51 yards and one TD, while also throwing for 77 yards and one touchdown on only seven passes.

Pickerington North didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Ryan Miller and Geo McKnight. McKnight is on a roll when it comes to interceptions, as he's now snagged at least one in each of the last three games he's played. Miller got in on the action too, converting a pick into a touchdown.

Pickerington North's win bumped their record up to 9-1. As for Lincoln, their loss was their first in the conference, dropping their conference record down to 4-1 and their overall record down to 7-3.

Pickerington North does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Lincoln, they will look to defend their home field on Friday against Groveport-Madison at 7:00 p.m.
