Indian Creek found a leader in McKenna Scott as the squad took down East Liverpool on Wednesday. Scott wasn't messing around, striking out seven batters over five innings while giving up just two earned runs off three hits. The pitching appearance was her fifth straight with two or fewer walks.

Scott's strong effort led Indian Creek over East Liverpool and she'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Redskins are 8-1 against the Potters going back to April of 2017, a lead they'll look to extend.
