Appalachian Christian School got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Isaac Morris out in front who dropped a double-double with 22 points and 13 boards. That's the most rebounds Morris has posted since back in November of 2024. Another player making a difference was Russell Bryant, who went 8-for-15 on his way to 20 points and six boards.

Appalachian Christian School's win bumped their record up to 3-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. Appalachian Christian School will venture away from home to challenge Blue Ridge Christian at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Lynchburg HomeSchool, they will take on Spirit HomeSchool at 2:15 p.m. on Saturday. The Patriots have a tough task ahead: they'll enter the matchup with five straight defeats, while the Warhawks will come in with three straight victories.
