Baseball Recap: Belchertown Takes a Loss

Belchertown couldn't beat West Springfield on Friday even though they stacked four runs on them in the sixth inning. The Orioles came up short against the Terriers, falling 14-4. The Orioles haven't had much luck with the Terriers recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

Belchertown saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Austin Raymer, who went 2-for-3 with one run and one RBI.

Belchertown's defeat dropped their record down to 2-2.

Coming up, Belchertown will face off against South Hadley at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for West Springfield, they will be playing at home against Chicopee Comp at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
