Basketball Game Preview: Cahokia Comanches vs. Granite City Warriors + How To Watch

The Cahokia Comanches will take on the Granite City Warriors at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Cahokia is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They came up short against Maplewood-Richmond Heights on Tuesday, falling 50-30. The Comanches have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Cahokia's defeat shouldn't obscure the performances of Janylah Holman, who posted 13 points and five steals, and Dakota Bell, who earned seven points and four steals. With that strong performance, Holman is now averaging an impressive 2.5 steals per game. Mi'Thalia Carraway also deserves some recognition as she grabbed her first steals of the season.

Meanwhile, after soaring to 57 points the game before, Granite City was a bit more limited in their game last Saturday. They lost to Benton on the road by a 40-23 margin. The loss put an end to the Warriors' undefeated start to the season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Granite City fell to 2-1. As for Cahokia, their loss dropped their record down to 1-4.
