Volleyball Game Preview: Bishop Manogue Miners vs. Coronado Cougars + How To Watch

Bishop Manogue hasn't had much luck against Coronado recently, but that could start to change on Friday. After both having extra time off, the two teams will shake off the rust and duke it out at 8:00 p.m. Bishop Manogue is coming into the match hot, having won their last eight games.

Bishop Manogue is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Saturday. They walked away with a 3-1 victory over Carson.

Meanwhile, Coronado faced Bishop Gorman in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Saturday. The Cougars lost 3-0 to the Gaels. The Cougars haven't had much luck with the Gaels recently, as the team has come up short the last seven times they've met.

Bishop Manogue's win bumped their record up to 23-6. As for Coronado, their defeat dropped their record down to 25-10.

Bishop Manogue might still be hurting after the 3-0 loss they got from Coronado in their previous meeting back in November of 2024. Can the Miners avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
