Basketball Recap: St. Paul Takes a Loss

St. Paul lost against Huron back in January of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The St. Paul Flyers lost 67-42 to the Huron Tigers. The match marked the Flyers' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

St. Paul's loss ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 6-5. As for Huron, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five games, which provided a nice bump to their 7-3 record this season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. St. Paul will host Plymouth at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Plymouth knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past three matchups -- so hopefully St. Paul likes a good challenge. As for Huron, they will take on Vermilion at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Huron is facing Vermilion at the right time seeing as Vermilion is stuck on a three-game losing streak.
