Soccer Recap: Palmer Comes Up Short

Palmer lost against Coronado back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Terrors lost 8-1 to the Cougars. Things were pretty much settled by the half as Palmer were already down 6-0.

Their goal came courtesy of Eduardo (Lalo) Rodriguez, who's now up to four this season.

Palmer's loss dropped their record down to 3-7-2. As for Coronado, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 7-5-1.

Looking ahead, Palmer will host Pueblo West at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Coronado, they will venture away from home to square off against Mesa Ridge at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Coronado are facing Mesa Ridge at the right time seeing as Mesa Ridge are stuck on a four-game losing streak.
