Football Recap: Acton-Boxborough Has No Trouble Against Haverhill

Acton-Boxborough lost to Haverhill back in November of 2016, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Friday. The Revolution were the clear victors by a 42-22 margin over the Hillies. Considering the Revolution have won three contests by more than 19 points this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Acton-Boxborough is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a nice bump to their 6-4 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 36.0 points over those games. As for Haverhill, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-7.

Acton-Boxborough and Haverhill will both get a bit of extra prep time before their next matchups. The next time the Revolution see the field they'll take on Westford Academy at 10:00 a.m. on the 27th. As for Haverhill, their break will end when they face Lowell at 10:00 a.m. on the 27th.
