After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Estancia, Rancho Alamitos was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They blew past the Santiago Cavaliers 3-0. The victory continues a trend for the Vaqueros in their matchups with the Cavaliers: they've now won three in a row.

While Rancho Alamitos won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the third set they played. The final score came out to 25-16, 25-18, 25-22.

Rancho Alamitos' win bumped their record up to 16-7. As for Santiago, they are on a nine-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-18.
