Basketball Recap: Kimberton Waldorf Piles Up the Points Against International Christian

It's playoff time, and Kimberton Waldorf had no trouble coming through when it counted. They took their game on Wednesday with ease, bagging a 70-35 victory over the International Christian Titans. The Bulls have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 18 matchups by 20 points or more this season.

It was another big night for Camron Nixon, who dropped a double-double with 29 points and 26 boards. Those 26 rebounds gave her a new career-high. Cira Canard was another key player, going 7-for-16 en route to 18 points in addition to eight boards and five assists.

Kimberton Waldorf smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 22 offensive rebounds. That's the most offensive boards they've managed all season.

Kimberton Waldorf has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 13 of their last 14 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 23-4 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 23.1 points over those games. As for International Christian, their defeat was their first of the season and makes their record 3-1.

Looking ahead, Kimberton Waldorf will take on Varsity Opponent at 4:00 p.m. on February 20th. International Christian does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
