There's no place like home for Tuscarawas Central Catholic, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Tuesday. They came out on top against the Strasburg-Franklin Tigers by a score of 3-1 on Thursday. This was a revenge game for the Saints: when they faced off against the Tigers back in September, they had to take a 3-0 defeat.

The final score came out to 25-15, 19-25, 25-15, 25-22.

Khloe Trivoli paced Tuscarawas Central Catholic's offense, picking up 21 kills. Trivoli got some help from Jessica Selinsky and her 29 assists. Nora Jackson and Ryann Walker kept things locked in from the service line: the pair finished with five aces apiece.

Despite the loss, Strasburg-Franklin still got an impressive performance from Lyla Wiggs, who had seven digs and three aces. Wiggs is also on a roll when it comes to assists, as she's now posted 13 or more in each of the last 46 games she's played dating back to last season. Rayelle Watkins also deserves some recognition as she had her first kill of the season.

Tuscarawas Central Catholic's win bumped their record up to 15-5. As for Strasburg-Franklin, their loss dropped their record down to 12-7.

Tuscarawas Central Catholic has already played their next match, a 3-0 victory against East Canton on the 7th. As for Strasburg-Franklin, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-2 defeat against Northwestern on the 6th.
