Baseball Game Preview: Hilliard Bradley Jaguars vs. Hilliard Davidson Wildcats

For the second straight game, Hilliard Bradley will face off against Hilliard Davidson. The Jaguars will take on the Wildcats at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.

It was a proper cat-fight when Hilliard Bradley faced off against Hilliard Davidson on Monday. The Jaguars took a 10-5 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Wildcats. The Jaguars haven't had much luck with the Wildcats recently, as the team has come up short the last six times they've met.

Logan Minamyer was huge while hitting and pitching even without the win. He looked comfortable on the mound, tossing 5.2 innings while giving up just two earned runs off five hits. Minamyer was also big at the plate, going 2-for-3 with three RBI and one double.

Minamyer wasn't the only one making solid contact as four players wound up with at least one hit. One of them was Vince Navarro, who scored two runs while going 1-for-3. Nick Barkhimer also deserves some recognition as he brought in his first RBI of the season.

Hilliard Davidson's victory ended a four-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 2-4. As for Hilliard Bradley, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-3.
