Willow Glen posted their biggest win since December 14, 2024 on Friday. They breezed past the Pioneer Mustangs to the tune of 72-40. The game was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 44-21.

Davian Kennedy was his usual excellent self, putting up 19 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Ryder Ingram, who posted 12 points.

The victory made it two in a row for Willow Glen and bumps their season record up to 13-10. As for Pioneer, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 10-13.

Looking ahead, Willow Glen will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Christopher at 7:00 p.m. Christopher will roll in looking for their 11th straight win, something Willow Glen surely won't give up without a fight. As for Pioneer, they will head out to square off against Santa Teresa at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Pioneer is facing Santa Teresa at the right time seeing as Santa Teresa is stuck on a three-game losing streak.
